MOLL INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
DALLAS, TX - Bringing over 20 years of plastics experience, Joe Pack has joined Moll Industries, Inc. as the company's vice president of sales and marketing. He most recently was with Alltrista/Unimark Plastics as vice president of sales and marketing and has been with Hunkar Laboratories, Syscon PlantStar and Mascon. Although Pack joined Moll in early January, his position officially became effective February 1 when Dave Strickland left the company to open up an executive search firm in Opelika AL."Joe is a great addition to Moll," said Ron Embree, president of Moll Industries. "He has a strong plastics background, strong operational focus, and has particular experience in our three core areas of appliances, healthcare, and consumer products. We knew we had a challenge in replacing Dave's talents, but we know that Joe is the right individual to take our company forward." As Pack looks to the future, his focus will be on building strong relationships with Moll's core customers and growing the company through development of industries where the company is able to bring added value. "Going into 2004, our sales have shown great vitality, which has necessitated our quickly augmenting our sales force," said Pack. "We have been actively interviewing and hope to hire up to three additional salespersons in the medical and consumer products/packaging markets." With Strickland's departure, the company's five-person board will be reduced to four individuals until Strickland's replacement can be named. Moll Industries, Inc. is a full-service manufacturer and designer of custom-molded and assembled plastic components for customers and end-markets throughout North America. |
